The 15″ Vario 400 series Teppan Yaki provides a hard chrome-plated cooking surface that functions as a griddle, grill, searing surface and warming plate; no pots or pans required. Two independently controlled 1,500-watt zones can operate separately or together as one cooking surface, with precise temperature control up to 480°F, plus dedicated warming and cleaning settings.
