A centerpiece of the home is its focus on wellness and longevity. Integrated wellness and longevity features are woven discreetly into the architecture, creating a Home that intuitively supports circadian balance, recovery, and emotional ease without announcing the technology behind it. There’s a 3,000-Pound Living Tree Inside the Home
At the heart of the home is a living Texas Ebony (Ebenopsis ebano), currently approximately 10 feet tall, 7 feet wide and 3,000 pounds. Planted in a custom welded corten-style planter and secured with aircraft cables and turnbuckles, the tree could grow another five feet taller and wider during its lifetime.
